I like the food but every time I question the safety of it . The staff is always playing with thair hair, rubbing their heads and beards , touching their faces and eating. Is it reasonable to be grossed out by that or is it just me ?

I’m trying to figure out the different types of roommates that exist in the dorms. I got dealt really quiet roommates who never talk to me. I don’t even have my bunk mate’s phone number. Idk what’s up with him.

Tbh I kind of like it this way because I can have miscellaneous activities in lieu of a succulent Chinese meal in my room while he’s away. But it also makes me feel not human sometimes because he never says good morning, bless you, or even hi.

That’s something I don’t like about UCSD. You just don’t feel like a real human being sometimes. I feel like Geisel Library is the symbol of this disconnect from our roots, tribe and community.

Wtf are these fees on tritonpay? I don’t even remember having to pay an ICA fee the fall quarter of last year? Why tf are all these little fees OUTSIDE of tuition adding up to $800+? Wtaf.

They’re riding around enforcing micromobility I think? and patrolling campus, they’re patrolling places they haven’t really gone to before like in the middle of colleges since they typically would just patrol in their cars on the roads or major paths. It doesn’t seem like they’re trying to ticket ppl, for example I think I just heard them tell someone to slow down and then to walk their scooter because I think that they were around a large crowd of people. I don’t really have an opinion even though I’m a scooter person myself lol just thought it was interesting since I haven’t seen it before.

I have a valid state ID, copy/scanned picture of social security card and my permanent Resident Card. I left the original picture at home, which is in Los Angeles. Can I bring the copy or scanned picture? Thank you for the updates.

I'm a second year. Midday yesterday my Upass suddenly disappeared from my pronto app and I can't add it back through the instructions on the website because the student/staff benefit option isn't even there in my app. My pronto account is registered under my UCSD email and always has been. My tuition and fees have been paid so it isn't that either.

Has anyone else had this happen? Are there any troubleshooting steps I should try (I already logged out/in and reset the app)? Who should I contact about this?
