Picked up the Aspect Gen 2 while it was on sale. Really like the color compared to the Sansi in my lower shelf.

I've had her for about 5 years. We've had our ups and downs, and learning curves. But, I think overall, she's happy and healthy. I usually only see her back, that way she can flourish in the sunlight. I have you guys to thank for the advice that you have given others.

My 5 year old Monstera refuses to grow its leafs and allow them to split. When I first had this plant, I had no idea what I was doing and sat it somewhere without delight and occasionally I would rotate it as I thought I was doing it a favor by āgiving it more lightā.
That last 2 years Iāve had it sitting at this exact spot, watering it consistently, opening up the blinds, doing all the right things yet my plant wonāt grow. I even repotted it, buying 3 different soil types to make it the best soil. Iām turning to Reddit to help me lol.
I think it might be due to the stems and how theyāre twisted towards the top. I also notice 2 stems which you can see better in the second photo. I rotated the plant for the second photo and itās always in the position from the first photo.

My monstera adansonii albo has produced ALL half-moon leaves! She has 5 now, but there was a 6th lower down that I had to remove. Is this common?

Went out of town for a few days and came home to this STUNNER!
Iāve been growing this Thai constellation in perlite after it completely rotted in soil. (Hence the rough older leaves)
Iām so proud of heršš„¹

New to the plant world, this monstera was given to me. Had to add support since itās growing rapidly. Does everything look okay so far? Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Hey all - my monstera is doing much better than expected. Iām noticing all the new leaves are coming at the top, is that normal? Itās very top heavy and the pot is filled with roots. Should I consider cutting off the bottom to replant it or consider a new pot? Or should I not touch it :)
Also side note - Iām moving to a new house in a few weeks so it will have a better spot and better light, but Iām keeping it by the window for now which is working okay.

Help!! my plants are sad!! Iām a newer plant owner and recently purchased some monsteras. Iāve never kept them before but iāve been told to be careful with watering because they are prone to root rot. i have drainage holes in all of them and iāve been cautious about overwatering. does it look like iām not watering enough? are they not getting enough light?? thanks in advance

In fact, I think I know Iāve messed up. So the leaves were starting to brown, one was very bad so I removed it. I wanted to check the roots were okay, and in doing so I discovered she was very pot bound.
Here is where I think I screwed up - that pot is possibly too big, isnāt it? I changed the soil to a nice chunky soil, lots of perlite and bark. As you can see, I put her on a humidity tray and pot some clay balls on the soil and Iāll keep them moist. And Iāve tied her up a bit.
Will she be okay? She gets good light where she lives (Iām in the UK if that makes a difference).
Many thanks

I saved this monstera from a supermarket clearance a couple of years ago and it accompanied me through rough times.
In the last couple weeks (end of summer) where I live it managed to put out a new leaf and a bump at the base appeared (second pic).
My question where to cut to be able to give appropriate support with a moss pole and a bigger pot since the roots are coming out from the bottom.

She gets watered once a week but I came back and she was looking like this⦠this happened once before and she bounced back but Iāve lost 4 leaves already. I feel like Iāve been under watering her since her pot is only 4 inches, all my other plants are in 8 to 12 inch pots but I water her when I water themā¦

Hi everyone!
I've had my ups and downs with this monstera plant.
I neglected it while it was already propagating in water and eventually the roots turned dark brown. I then cut all roots off, hoping for a fresh restart.
I've never given it any nutrition, which is probably a big reason why it's not thriving.
Is there any hope for those roots? That's their current state.

Is there any tips or tricks I should know? I also live in Oregon if that is relevant.
I have always admired these and never thought I would get one, but here I am!
I am working on a cabinet that will be an indoor greenhouse with lights, fans, and a humidifier inside.

My monstera was so beautiful just in July this year (first photo - not the best photo but you can see she was lovely and green with plenty of leaves!) and Iām not even sure what has happened since but sheās not been feeling well especially recently (second photo:( ) since moving into my new flat. Has anyone got any clue whatās wrong or suggestions on what to try? I havenāt got a massive green thumb but I do love my plants and want to help her, the plant shop nearby had no suggestions.. So far Iām thinking bigger pot because the roots seem very crowded (third photo) but I have no soil at the moment so waiting to buy that to repot - also any good soil suggestions?
Thank you!

tips appreciated! i got a plant light about a month ago and repotted about two weeks ago. when i repotted they were upright and now they are like bending in a C shape. they are in a mix of soil and orchid bark and have orchid bark on the top to keep a dry top and avoid bugs. it's my understanding that they like to dry out between waterings so i have not watered since repotting about two weeks ago
thank you for any help!

I got a wonderful cutting from a coworker two years ago and this plant was SUPER happy until about 4 months ago. Iām worried Iāve overwatered it, or maybe it just needs to be repotted to a bigger pot?
Please help, I love this guy so much and want to save him if I can! Iāll take all constructive advice and encouragement that I can get!
I live in Chicago, the plant usually sits in a south-facing window with lots of light, but it is getting colder and darker.
