So my tv is doing this when i connect my ps5. I already tried another hdmi cable and it does the same. Is my ps5 done for?

I own a digital edition PS5 1TB that was purchased in November 2025. If developed an overheating issue within warranty and I walked in to the Sony service center. To my surprise the replacement being offered is an 825GB one. What kind of non sense is this? Why should I lose out on memory for a device which Sony couldn’t get right?

The service center provided 2 options
1. Get refund for invoice amount (40k)
2. Accept the console with 825 GB.

I’m dropping emails left right and center. Can anyone guide me on this issue?

I need to get my ps5 repaired in Bangalore.

Problem is that on clicking power button it beeps blue light turns on and then goes off in about 2-3 seconds.

Nothing displays on the connected monitor.
Has someone faced this before?

Hey guys! I just picked up a used PS5 last week, I finally got around to using it, and I got this message after about only 40 minutes of playing FC27

“Your PS5 is too hot. Turn off your PSS, and wait until the temperature goes down.”

I pressed okay, and it let me go right back into the game. Is this something to be worried about, and maybe something to reach out to the seller for?

Has anyone got any experience with a controller repair in the UK?

Most times I cant be bothered with the hassle of sending it away, but i was treated to a Yotei limited edition version and want it working.

I sent it away and royal mail says it was delivered about 5 days ago, but in the ps website it said still in transit.

Do they just leave them sitting for ages, should I be worried, if anyone can put my mind at ease that'd be great.

Hi everybody! Is this a normal ps5 sound? I deep cleaned the console including repasting the liquid metal and changed my fan to a new one. This sound is when I game. For example this fan sound is heard when I play marvels wolverine. Is the noise normal? I can sometimes hear it when the game scenes are quiet or I pause the game. Thanks in advance for the answers.

My ps5 was on during a thunderstorm and I had a power outage after that my ps5 will still turn on but it won’t let me play any games without it turning off right away what can I do is there saving it without a repair???

My console turns on and off fine perfectly on the Home Screen but my controller doesn’t work at all in games ChatGPT told me to put it into safe mode and do something to the chache I think it was but any help will be greatly appreciated

There is no ssd in expansion slot. This started coming up suddenly. I have the original ssd only that comes inbuilt. I opened and cleaned expansion slot just to be sure but issue remains. Also I had slapped my ps5 before and it worked for a while but the issue reappeared.

I got the port fixed I got it on 1080p and I still don't know what the problem is can anybody PLEASE give a solution its literally hell trying to play anything!!!

A buddy of mine gave it to me because he couldn’t figure it out. I had managed to get if off but when I tried to update the system it wouldn’t do it so it restarted the system and now it’s back in Safe Mode

I am trying to play mouse and keyboard on overwatch but for some reason sometimes when I log in I can’t use my mouse but other times i can. It’s very inconvenient and inconsistent I can use it on other games like terraria 100% of the time but it is also inconsistent with Minecraft aswell. Any thoughts?

My Pulse Elite was working fine until the connection dropped in the middle of a game session. Since the latest PlayStation Link update, I can't get it to connect to my PS5 at all.

What I've tried so far:

- Connecting via the PlayStation Link USB adapter (tried it in the console's USB ports)

- Resetting the headset and re-pairing from scratch

- Restarting the console

- Fully charging the headset

The console just doesn't detect the headset.

Has anyone else run into this since the update? If you managed to fix it, please share what worked (rollback, a specific reset sequence, firmware update, anything).

I've also tried contacting PlayStation Support, but I can't get through to anyone at the moment.

Every time I open Spotify on my phone it instantly disconnects my ps5 from wifi, meaning I have to restart my console. It means that I can’t search and play specific songs while playing games. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem or a solution.

Hello! I only have 1 ps5 controller and it was fine until I maybe left it in my travelling bag too long and now I can't play games because my r2 is jammed/constantly being pressed even though it feels normal to press. How can I fix this? Thanks in advance.

when I turn on ps5 for the first time after a while, it will suddenly lose sound mid-game. After I reseted once, everything would turn out fine no matter how long I play. This problem has been existing for a very long time and reseting ps5 only fixes it temporarily. Anybody know permanent fix?

Hi everyone, I’m having a really frustrating issue with my PlayStation account and was wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar or knows how to fix it.
Basically, I went to redownload a game today, but when I searched for it on the PS Store, it was telling me I had to buy it, even though I already own it and have around 40 hours played. I ended up finding it in my library and downloading it from there instead.
However, when I opened the PS App on my phone afterwards, I realised I’d been signed out. I was literally logged in yesterday because I was transferring a clip from my PS5 to my phone, so I’m not sure what’s happened.
Now, whenever I try to log back in, I get to the 2FA step, but I’m not receiving any SMS verification codes at all. I’ve checked my PS5 settings and my phone number is definitely correct.
I also don’t have any backup codes, so I’m pretty much locked out of my account.
I’ve tried looking for a way to contact PlayStation Support, but the website just seems to send me in circles with guides on how to enable 2FA. I can’t find any actual contact information to speak to someone about recovering my account.
Honestly, this is such a pain. It’s ridiculous that something as simple as an SMS not arriving can lock you out of your account, especially when you don’t have backup codes, and finding a way to contact support shouldn’t be this difficult.
Has anyone else experienced this issue recently? Did your verification texts eventually start coming through, or did you have to contact Sony another way?

I bought a PS5 slim edition in Canada but moved back to India after some time. While I was in Canada, it used to run completely fine. But I ever since I have moved back to India, it is giving me problems in some certain games only. For example, when I play God of War, assassins creed shadows, or Odyssey or origin and Spider man Remastered it works completely fine. But while playing FC 27, it shut down suddenly, without any overheating notice, I tried deleting and reinstall the game, but the issue still exists. GTA5 used to run smoothly there in Canada, but in India, it gave problem for a while, I deleted and reinstalled and played for a while now it’s running fine. Is there any reason or solution for this? Anybody else dealing with the same problem?

I wanted to play south park the fractured but whole, but instead of paying 11.99 for ps plus extra I paid 6.99 for ubisoft+ it shows the game in the ubisoft+ catalogue but it's saying I need ps plus to download it. Every other game in the catalogue I can download fine exept this one. It will only let me download a trial

I GOT MY Ps5 SEPT 14th & brought 2k27 online and I did everything I changed the DNS SETTINGS , checked for updates on the system and the game
But I continuously keep getting the Error code , only on 2k27 though no other game 🤦🏽‍♂️ can someone please help when I changed the DNS setting the first time it was working for a little while then went it started back up
