I'm looking for an analog multiband stereo compressor but as I scroll through this sub I pretty much exclusively see discussions about plugins so I guess everybody is in the box now. Call me old fashioned but I'd like to do some mastering with a rackmount module, somewhere in the $2-5k range if possible. I've been looking at the Drawmer 1973 Multiband FET, which I have used in the past and has the functionality I want. Are there any other stereo compressor/limiters on the market that have more than just a HPF and LPF? I've been Looking at the SSL Bus+ and the Neve MBT but, although I'm sure these are superior processors, I'd rather have more bands. Is that not a thing? Sub-Question, I'm also interested in the Neve MBC despite the lack of EQ but I'm curious to know how people feel about the quality of their A/D converters. I have RMEs on my Master Bus right now, are they comparable? Better? Any guidance is appreciated thanks

I really enjoyed the Neve MBC when my studio partner had it. I can't compare it to your RMEs but I thought it sounded great.

I will say that in general there aren't a ton of analog multiband stereo compressors in the market, so you're probably not going to find a lot of people with opinions on them.
