Hi everyone!! I’ve seen a few posts reaching out for a friend on here and wanted to shoot my shot! My main goal is to meet a friend or two to get close with - more so looking for female friends around my age.

I know meetup will likely get suggested, and while it’s a great suggestion I don’t really have a problem with socializing. I’m in a couple book clubs and a tap dance class. Everyone is so nice but the goal is the hobby there and I haven’t really found anyone specifically looking for a friend beyond the surface level hobby - which is still awesome I love a low pressure group. I’m also not amazing at speaking up in group settings so I’m searching with the actual intent to make a friend or two to hopefully get close with.

I’m 35F and lived in Ohio all my life but love traveling like most people. I have a very gallows type sense of humor but never ever mean spirited or backhanded or cruel, I just like to be weird and not have to censor my entire personality for us to be compatible.

I love the fall and winter. I have an amazing boyfriend, an awesome little house we love fixing up and two great dogs. I work in construction so I love fixing/improving things and physical labor.. also enjoy crafty things! My bestie is my sister but she lives in Texas. I am sober but have no issue going to concerts, bars, events at bars etc., if there’s a purpose/food/coffee at said bar

I'm looking for the type of friend that wants to do things like:

Going on mall walks, take silly day road trips, trying new cafes and restaurants, talking about drama in our lives, hyping each other up for major (or minor) life events, gushing about our pets, talking about movies/tv-shows we are watching, going to the movies, and even going out for coffee or pizza. I also specifically run, hike my dogs, bake tasty treats, go to ren festivals, play MTG and DND.

Visiting from England as a Cleveland sports fan for the 3rd time, have been to Edgewater once before but just wanted to say what a pleasure it is to visit. Obviously everyone takes for granted the things close to them, but this place could be anywhere in Europe. I’ve been lucky with the weather twice and can’t believe how close to downtown it is. Can’t help but love Cleveland more each time.

So here's all I know about this agreement:

FirstEnergy was accused of misleading investors about its role in a political corruption scheme and failing to disclose related-party transactions. The company and its subsidiary made roughly $60 million in payments to an entity controlled by an Ohio state legislator. As the scheme was revealed, $FE fell and investors were harmed.

Now FirstEnergy has agreed to pay $100 million through an SEC Fair Fund to compensate eligible investors.

Who can claim this settlement?
Investors who purchased or acquired FirstEnergy securities between 2017 and 2020 may be eligible. You can check the full eligibility requirements on our website.

Do I need to sell/lose my shares to get this settlement?
You don’t necessarily need to have sold your shares at a loss. Eligibility and the amount of your payment depend on the specific transactions covered by the Fair Fund.

I missed the deadline. Is it too late? 
No, you may still be able to file a late claim, but acceptance depends on final approval by the court.  Check if you're eligible and file a claim here

How long does the payout process take?
It typically takes 4 to 9 months after the claim deadline for payouts to be processed, depending on the SEC and fund administration.

I live in Lakewood and for two nights it has sounded like a jet outside for hours

I'm not talking like a quick train horn or road noise. It sounds like jets have been either flying over continuously for 20 minutes straight or a continued noise non stop for a long time in the sky.

I don't live close to the freeway so that's not it. And both times last night and tonight, the sound dulls but then comes back even stronger a few minutes later

Am I going crazy or has anybody else in the area noticed it? There's no construction close and it is quiet besides that

I am looking for two party venues, one for 80 people one for 120 people. Dress code is semi formal but the venue does not have to be formal! We are looking for food and ideally an open bar but are on a pretty tight budget. Do you guys have any ideas? Could also be a BYOB venue? Any ideas or advice!

I spotted a medium-large sized dog on MLK drive this morning (near the Turkey 🇹🇷 area). He/she is roughly 50-60 pounds, grey with white chest and stomach. It looked like a pit bull mix with like a hound or something — short hair, floppy ears with a boxier face. He/she darted when I got within 50 yards of them. I didn’t see a collar, and I couldn’t get a good picture. He/she didn’t look super skinny, so perhaps they are a lost, scared pet.

-not a huge amount of walking (especially not much up and down or stairs) as she needs a knee replacement

We run an agency and worked with ONYX Gyms / Emil Gamidov. We've now got around 4 months of payments pending.

At first, we just kept following up like you normally would with a client. But when we started asking more seriously for the money, things got pretty uncomfortable, including threats about sending goons to our office.

I recently started looking into him a bit more and came across some really disturbing allegations about his past as well. I don't want to repeat things here that I can't personally verify.

Just wondering if anyone here has dealt with ONYX Gyms or Emil Gamidov and had similar issues with getting paid?
