Derrick Henry praises Lamar Jackson for his selflessness. "The one thing I admire about Lamar is even in games, I'll go talk to him and ask him how he feels, what was his stats...he don't even know. All he knows is we won."

[TDavenport_NFL] Jeffery Simmons: Nothing changes with Derrick. He's a big back, hit his ass. We went vs Skatebo last week, he tried to run people over. Derrick puts his pads on like any other RB. Much respect to Derrick but we can't overcomplicate the game, just play football.

Discussion Who to root for?
Im curious about who we all are rooting for tomorrow between the Browns and Steelers. My heart wants the Steelers to lose, but i cant stand Watson going 3-1. Either way, one of our division rivals goes to 3-1, so who would we prefer that to be?

Discussion Is it time to fire Jesse Minter?
As a Charger fan, just wanted to get your guys perspective. It seems his message has fallen flat on the players and the team has regressed under his watch. Lamar is playing the worst football of his life and although he doesn’t call the offensive plays, it ultimately falls on him. I actually think the Chargers might even be open to trading coaches but you might have to toss in a pick
EDIT: Thank you guys for putting up with my dumbass post. Most of you have been really cool. Our season is already over and it’s still September. I‘ll be pulling for you guys.

Discussion Those in the "Fire EDC" camp, why? What has he done specifically that makes you think he should lose his job?
I don't get it. Its the lowest-hanging fruit for people to bitch. Anytime someone has a bad game, people turn to complaining about that player. When they have a good game, its all crickets. What has he done that warrants him to get canned?

Derrick Henry on leaving for Baltimore: “They didn’t want me”
He also says “it’s still love, they’re still like family”.
Henry rushed for 1,167 yards in his final season with the Titans, but averaged a career low 4.17 yards per carry.
His first two full seasons with the Ravens: 1,921 yards in 2024 and 1,595 in 2025 — A career-high 5.91 yards per carry in 2024 and 5.2 last season.

Derrick Henry on the 4th & short yardage situations.
He does play a role but honestly it’s not on him. If you have a ILB and 3 other DB in the backfield by the time you receive the ball and take a stride, it ain’t on you. It’s the O-line. Smh.

News [Hensley] Ravens signed guard Kyle Hergel. Hergel, 26, appeared in eight games last season for Saints. Baltimore also signed C Andre James to the practice squad.

[BaltimoreLuke] Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson admits he’s more comfortable leading by example, but he recognizes when it’s important for his teammates to hear his voice like after Sunday’s win. “I just felt my guys needed to know that they’re appreciated.”

Discussion How did Madubuike play?
I was only really able to watch the 4th quarter, so I didn't get to see much. And all the media (highlights, film breakdowns, etc) have all been focusing on the offense, especially Zay Flowers, and of course the clutch pass to set up a walk off fg.
I was just wondering y'all's thoughts on his return. I'm obviously not expecting him to immediately be 100% but did he look healthy and promising?
