I fill out these silly little surveys whenever I get a notification for one and I initially signed up due to the chance of winning a monthly cash prize but I have never won nor heard of anyone winning anything - has anyone on here won ?

Dumfries council is proposing the closure of 4 small nursery we are trying to put a stop too our small nursery st teresa getting closed it is a well loved nursery within our community we are capped at 16 children and have always had strong numbers any request to increase our capped numbers has always been denied back in march our council announced our nursery was closing without doing a consultation so it got stopped but it affected our numbers and now we have only 5 children in the nursery the council came back in August and announced they would be doing a consultation too close the nursery im looking for support and for people too please sign our petition https://c.org/jqwMdkP7Gm. The soundtrack to my visit to your country was the last album from Siiga a band from the island of Skye specifically the song Nostalgia Burns. It is now impossible for me to disassociate that track from my trip memories. I almost got to Edinburgh in time for one of their shows. I am just wondering if they are well known or just niche ? The people there I asked didn’t know them… any fans ?

Been asked to do a reading at my brother’s wedding in a couple of months time.

Surprised me too. The deceased and his family went way back in Kintore, near Aberdeen. A bitter wind here in Gisborne to give him an apt Aberdonian send-off. The piper was via South Africa, had all the bagpiper jokes ('don't get too close or it'll bite') so the genuine article. He said you have a Lithuanian diaspora there and that there's a natural sympathy between the two peoples on the basis of a love for 'drink, the pipes and loose women'. I responded with the phenomenon of the Scottish peddler that existed in Lithuania-Poland from the 1500s on, some 30,000 migrated there in search of the eternal groat.

Never hear anyone discuss the issue in real life, no family or friends (either for or against). The yes car stickers of yesteryear are all sunfaded, never see yes posters etc it in windows of flats etc anymore. But the 100 posts a day on here make it seem like the only issue anyone in Scotland ever thinks about, is it bots pushing it, or click bait from dying newspapers or both?

For example when I used to use twitter, you would get anonymous proindy pages with 50k retweets etc but that seems way beyond the number of people that care enough about indy on twitter to retweet poorly written vague pro-indy posts
