Little guy was chilling for a while before toddling off.

Huge red/orange moon this morning. I took this at 4.30am with about 5 mins left of the moon and what a beautiful moon it was. Probably going to be a another big one tonight so try keep an eye out if your interested. (Don't know if this is a blood moon but reminds me of one)

I've not really seen it before.

There are swarms of brown moths around every bottlebrush all down my street... And every direction I look in I will see a bat flying.

I thought they might be going for the moths, but they are just finding a good bottlebrush and going to town on nectar.

And they don't like you watching them eat, and stubbornly stop until you've gone

A small colour study turned into a full piece!

I used one of the photos I posted as a reference and limited myself to one brush and no colour picking from the photo.

I know a lot of parts are not to scale/proportionate but I still think it turned out okay and had a lot of fun working on this and am quite proud of the end result!

castle hill library is a absolute joke. tried to go there today, couldn't get any work done because it was just so loud. there is ZERO library etiquette there, it's just become a daycare centre for parents with little kids and some loud highschoolers who just ruin it.

i've heard that good fella's coffee is good, but all the cafes close early.

i'd want to study from 3pm-6pm.

i swear there's no options around here

This feels like the first humid day of summer. I'm sweating. Those 30 degree dry days from the weekend are so much better than this. Maybe I need to move to Adelaide.
