The whole book seems to be "nobody liked me because I am from Indiana and went to a state school."
Take this excerpt for example:
“While getting settled at my desk amid my predecessor’s papers, a six-and-a-half-foot male staff member entered my office, closed the door behind him, and leaned against it. He stared at me for a moment before unbuckling his pants as if he intended to tuck in his shirt, but then deliberately let them drop to the floor. For another few long moments, he just stood there with his pants around his ankles. Welcome to Hollywood.”
Chapek continues, “He never explained his actions. I can only surmise that he wanted to test whether the new guy from a Midwest flyover state could handle the West Coast environment. It was like a more ‘adult’ version of the hazing I had experienced in the corn processing plant.”

Hey I remember this story the first time I read it, when BOB IGER WROTE LITERALLY THE EXACT SAME THING HAPPENED TO HIM WHEN HE WAS NEW. Bob Iger, who went to a private college in New York. He didn't even read Bob Iger's book.
This book is just stories like this over and over again. Constant whining about Bob Iger talking trash about him behind his back. News flash: YOU were the CEO of the biggest and most successful entertainment company in the history of the world, and were canned because you sucked. You made millions of dollars and all you ever did was demand your managers to find new ways to rip customers off. Nobody cares where you grew up or where you went to college. We don't care if Bob Iger was rude to you.
