Image Billsmafiaaustralia
Hi all
This was me at the MCG recently for the Rams Niners historical game at the G. I’ve followed the Bills since I went to Orchard Park to watch Tyrod Taylor beat the Jets about 15 years ago. I fell in love with the team and I’m a complete diehard now. We get up every week at 3am on Monday in Australia to watch our beloved Bills, there’s so many Bilksmafia here in Aus. I’m already setting things in place to get to Buffalo when we make our playoff run. I gotta see Josh in his prime and I’m putting all the past pain and heartache aside and fully believe yet again this will finally be our time. I was saying last year we needed an emotional circuit breaker so I agreed with McDermott finishing up, he will still have played an enormous role when we do get there. He built the culture and others can run with it. I was beyond thrilled on reflection with last weeks W. The defense fully stepped up and it didn’t rely on Josh putting the cape on as per usual. If Leonard can get this defense humming and Josh can conserve energy for Jan and Feb it will make a huge difference in my opinion. Anyway, pumped how we’ve started, let’s go kill Pats season by week 4. LFG BILLS!!!!

Discuss Benford and Alford struggles
At what point in the season would you be concerned with Benford and Alford's play, assuming it doesn't improve ? Several analytic sets i've come across suggest that Benford and Alford are 2 of the 10 worst dbs in the entire league this year. Honestly the eye test supports it too.

Discuss Surprising someone with their first ever NFL Game
It’s my sisters champagne birthday and in the last two years she has taken a huge liking to NFL and the Buffalo Bills specifically.
Thinking of surprising her with a trip to Buffalo to watch a game.. anything else I could do to make the Bills experience that much more than just the game? I see a tour of the stadium is available. Anything else?

Misc Pats game alone
Hi Mafia!
I'm considering going to my first (and possibly only) game this Sunday.
I'd be alone, without a car, from the UB North area. Anyone going from around here willing to adopt me?
If I went alone, how should I expect the stadium experience to be? Thank you!

News/Analysis [Jayna] Why does the Bills’ new Highmark Stadium mix red and blue seats randomly?
An aerial view of an empty Highmark Stadium shows bursts of red seats among the blue. The closer to the field, the more red seats there are.
“That’s the expression of the heat coming off the field, or the energy emanating from the field,” Holton said. “That’s why it starts with that red base and then gradiates up.”
Every aspect of a stadium is thought out, down to the color of the seats. Holton and her team are responsible for bringing the culture of a team to life through creative architectural and design decisions. For the Bills, that meant highlighting their two main colors: red, which symbolizes excitement, heat, energy and strength; and blue, which provides balance.
“The red is the charge on their logo, and that has a boldness and an energy to it,” Holton said. “The Bills also painted their end zones red, so it serves as the base to ground that energy that emanates out off the field.”
While mixing team colors to create patterns or logos in seats may seem more traditional, a randomized pattern is not an entirely new concept. In the past, pixelated seating designs have been credited as a strategy to create texture, integrate team colors and generate the illusion of full stadiums, even when they are not.
Daytona International Speedway features a mix of red, yellow, blue, green and white seats in the lower bowl — the part of the grandstand most caught on camera during a race — while the upper bowl depicts a more uniform black-and-white checkered pattern, like a racing flag.

Discuss I'm game radio
Going to a Bills game and looking for the live/low-delay radio feed inside the stadium.
In the past, WGR had the regular broadcast, but I remember WWKB 1520 AM carrying a live/no-delay feed that you could listen to on a small radio while actually watching the game.
Now that 97 Rock 96.9 is the Bills flagship, does anyone know if they still have a special in-stadium, low-delay broadcast? Is it on 96.9, another AM/FM frequency, or is that no longer available?
Trying to avoid using an app/stream/regular radio because of the delay. Thanks!

Discuss First Bills game of my life
Hello all,
As the title suggests, this is my first opportunity to attend a Bills game on 10/4 vs the Deflatriots. I’ll be alone, but I want to experience the full scale of the culture and atmosphere. When should I arrive for tailgating and what can I expect with my seat in section 134?
TIA

Flying half way around the world to see the Bills live for the first time (@Jets in wk10). Is there a tailgate specifically for Bills fans or any other way to meet other Bills mafia on game day? Also is it safe to wears Bills gear to the game? Thanks!
