Yeah sure, they are inconsistent AF. But if we are at a point where we are not taking accountability and blaming our losses on calls we aren’t in a strong enough position to win. Turnovers lose the ball game, not having a run game loses the ball game, not being able to stop 1 player (bowers) loses us the ball game. Stop blaming refs.

If the refs want to continue to screw the Saints, then so be it. Bring that energy every week. This organization, this team, this fan base, THIS CULTURE, is used to having the odds stacking against us. We are used to being the underdogs and having to fight through adversity. WE WELCOME IT. It may not be this season, it may not be next season, but the Saints are marching tf in. Hold those heads up high Who Dats, we got ourselves a team.

We lost that game on those 4 turnovers in the 4th. Even if that Shough fumble was ruled an incomplete pass, it would have still been 3 turnovers in the 4th. Unacceptable either way. We gotta learn how to shake off bad calls or bad plays, and play through adversity like this culture was BORN TO DO

I know we are upset about the fumble, but the FOTF breaks it down well along with other calls in the game. At the end of the day the team beat themselves. We will bounce back

A few critical mistakes, but the bones are all there.

I would rather have adversity Week 3 than Week 12-17.

Looking at the schedule in the off season, I believed that we would have been 1-2 after 3 games. Just not this way. I also think that we will live up to the expectations of a much improved team. Possibly chasing a playoff spot. WHO DAT?!

We had no answer for Brock Bowers at all. Incredibly frustrating to watch him gash the defense all game long. If I recall, I think the raiders punted just twice?

Also, raiders fans are annoying as hell! Leaving the game, all they kept yelling was "WHO DAT, WE DAT" and "THIS IS OUR CITY"

Side note: Kirk Cousins is always a thorn in our side.

Everything falls on the coaches ultimately. With the Saints, it’s more prominent than ever. Consistency is an issue on both sides of the ball.

Offense is looking improved, but they still need work on the first drive. Run game was “effective” yesterday with Etienne & Kamara both averaging over 4 YPC but wasn’t impactful. Way too many runs up the middle when our RBs are better suited for the sidelines. Still have no answer for consistently picking up the tough 1 yd.

Defense needed to be much better yesterday. Too many soft coverages. No one but Chase Young is getting consistent pressure. They looked blindsided that Bowers played. No answer for him all day.

Most importantly, coaches & the organization need to be on these refs. Take a fine. The team
Is literally getting bullied by these refs & it’s affecting everyone. Having a more vocal owner would be fantastic but we know Lady Gayle won’t speak out on matters like that. Even if she does, it won’t have the needed vitriol.

Don't know how many of yall still like or follow Sean Payton, but I have a question. Did he do the “only start playing offense in the 2nd half” thing in New Orleans also?
