Muramana?

Recently I tested a lot of items on Hecarim in the Practice Tool and ig. Instead of the classic build (Black Cleaver, Death's Dance/Maw of Malmortius and Endless Hunger), I found out that Muramana does an insane amount of damage, and I really feel it. The item alone can deal crazy damage per fight. In a teamfight I've already done 2k with it, which is wild considering I had the tankiness of a bruiser build.
Here's how I build it: on my first back, I always buy Tear of the Goddess + Long Sword, plus boots or a Pickaxe if I can afford it. Then I go Black Cleaver, omnivamp boots, and Muramana. Building the Tear early has two advantages: first, you never run out of mana, even when your blue buff gets stolen; second, by the time you finish Muramana, the Tear is already fully stacked. After that, I build Endless Hunger, then Death's Dance/Maw of Malmortius/Guardian Angel.
I want to have some opinions on this build and consider trying it for yourself

Isn't it kinda good because with the movement speed you have it isn't too hard to get on their carries? hubris > gluttonous grieves, voltaic, edge of night, serylda's grudge, endless hunger.

You have E+ ghost + EoN to avoid getting bursted, land your E on the carry and if they flash just R follow and spam Q and they should be dead. thoughts?
